At Sakhii, we aim to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Please review the details below regarding our shipping timelines and policies.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.  
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Locations & Rates

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international locations.

 

• Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $12

• Express Shipping (3–5 business days): $20

• Free Shipping on orders over $99

United States

• Standard Shipping (7–10 business days): $18

• Express Shipping: $30

• Free Shipping on orders over $200

International (Rest of World)

Rates are calculated by weight, since our suit sets are made from richer, heavier fabrics:

• 1 item (~1kg): $40

• 2 items (~2kg): $62

• 3+ items (~2kg+): $88

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (outside Canada), customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Sakhii is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address  
- Failed delivery attempts  

We reserve the right to:
- Deduct shipping and handling fees  
- Issue store credit instead of a refund

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Sakhii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
